hey id do the lowest weight possible because if you cut weight but maintain your speed and strength id do that its better for you

yea i know but my bodys aching from wrestling right now and my natural body weight when eating 3-5 meals a day and drinking a gallon of water is around 190-205 and I feel healthy and strong around 185-200 but i compete better around 185

then if i were you i would push to fight at 185 because you dont want some one who walks at 250 to fight at like 210 its just an unbelievable strength difference
