I've been trying to improve my cardio and I'm failing...I'm bout to be outta time before long so I need to kno the most affective ways and the quickest way to get noticeable results in my conditioning.. thanks alot.......

Here is a 5 day a week routine for improving both aerobic and anaerobic susyems.

Morning jog-30 minutes at easy pace

Afternoon workout

Warmup:10 minutes jumprope

3 min rounds 1 min rest

Rd1-30 seconds burpees,30 seconds shadowbox(alternate till time expires)
Rd2-30srcs burpees,30secs shadowbox
Rd3-30 secs burpees,30secs shadowbox
Rd4-30secs squats,30secs shadowbox


Evenong workout

45 minutes on exercise bike

Google burpees.... you start standing drop down do a pushup then come to ur feet and jump as high as u can repeat

If you are interested in effective cardio, try swimming. It not only improves the work of the heart but also pumps all muscle groups. The main thing to do it systematically, but do not over-strain the body. Do you practice any other sport?
