The School of Hard Knox is an elite athletic perfromance training center located in Kennesaw Georgia. We offer Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, MMA and Traditional Boxing. Regardless of your previous experience or current physical condition, Hard Knox has a program for you! We have 2 full boxing rings, 1 20' cage, 30 thai bags, 2 double end bags, 2 speed bags, 2 upper cut bags, 1 wrecking ball, full weight room with cardio equipment, 1200 square foot grappling mat and a 100 yard outdoor speed and agility course.
