Ring Announcer Mike Markham to Work Paradise FC 1 in the US Virgin Islands
St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands - July 10, 2012 - World Class Ring Announcer Mike Markham has been selected to work the inaugural Paradise Fighting Championships mixed martial arts event scheduled for July 28th on St. Thomas in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The event will be the first MMA show ever held in the Virgin Islands and will take place at St. Thomas’ Ivanna Eudora Kean Gym.
“I look forward to working a historic event that will plant the entire Caribbean market firmly onto the MMA map,” said Markham.
Markham, who is no stranger to high profile engagements, has worked events ranging from the World Professional Jiu-Jitsu Championship in Abu Dhabi to Fedor Emelianenko’s June 21st defeat of Pedro Rizzo in St. Petersburg, Russia.
Markham has worked as a live announcer for over 30 event promoters including 18 fight promoters at engagements around the world.
