Hi, I have spent several yrs taining in Kung Fu, (Traditional style)

While in this type of training, competing was only alowwed with in the studio.  I am 47 yrs of age and still train. I am now living in Monroe M.I.

Maybe you can help me with how i go about getting into matches and how thing's work, im new to the area and could use some help.
